why can't she maker her mind up on what music she wants to make sheesh, she had a o.k voice but all her songs just seem fake, glitzy and just to promote her. What style would you want her... or would you tell her to stop making music?????

I have lots of ideas with me . But the fact that I am not able to present , convey or convince or have it implemented . And the more i delay some one else gets the chance to convey it out and then it becomes his/her idea.
Is there any way I can train myself to improve this skill because I am lagging behind everyone.
Any tips to smoothen out this skill???

Im using a website called sparkpoints of which suggests that i workout at least 3 times a week, which i have been doing. But the last couple of weeks ive been working out nearly every night although not always high impact though, i now sometimes ache afterwards especially my ancles and legs, i cant seem to get a good workout and i get quite worn out through my workout, i am over exercising? should i stop doing this so often? anyone help?

America is like the Matrix from children we are brainwashed into thinking that america is a paradise for all who bow down and worship thee american way Thee Prophet Muhammed(sallallahu alayhi wasallaam)said; "This world is a paradise for the non-believer but a prison for the muslim". leaves his nasty tobacco spit containers around the house and leaves them there, I have to throw them away and he yells at me for it. And he has his clutter everywhere. When I ask him to help me around the house he says since its not his mess he's not cleaning it.(we have a 2-5yr old) I've left him befor and let him come back because being a single mother was hard. Three months later he hit me in the head about 5-6 times as hard as he could. The 150.00 fee from the hospital he refuses to pay for. I do everything work full time drop them off at daycare and pick them up. I do all the shopping, cooking, cleaning, entertainment etc. for the kids. We live in one of the nasiest parts of town because he is extremely jelouse any time he feels threatened he makes my life a living hell. and he always wants to go visit his brothers in anouther city, hmmmm. I am depressed because he is such a bad father and husband. And he refuses to move out.
