Conveying , Convincing and Implementing.?

Question

I have lots of ideas with me . But the fact that I am not able to present , convey or convince or have it implemented . And the more i delay some one else gets the chance to convey it out and then it becomes his/her idea.
Is there any way I can train myself to improve this skill because I am lagging behind everyone.
Any tips to smoothen out this skill???

To present an idea in an effective manner is a skill and a well presented idea can easily convince people and the chances of it being implemented increase tremendously. But while presenting an idea, at home, with friends and particularly at work, keep some things in mind. First, when u get an idea..immediatly write it down. Next, research your idea...understand the exact nature of the problem or issue it relates to and then do some google search on ur idea and other similar ideas and whatever other material u can find to support ur idea..also, study the loopholes in your idea or plan and try to see what kind of issues it will raise and what will you suggest to deal with them...cos once the idea is presented, people will immediatly tend to point out flaws in that and knowing what they might ask and having answers ready is a great help and impresses on people that you know what you are talking about. Finally, know the needs and psycology of the person (s) to whom the idea is to be presented and keep that in consideration while communicating to them. Find a good time to make the presentation, and be confident and cheerful during it..don't look stressed ! Observe the body language of people who make good presentations..adding audio-visuals also helps.

And like I said earlier, if the presentation is received well, it will convince and the implementation will happen by itself !

Go to business school. They will teach you how to properly design and implement a business plan (or a plan for any idea).
