Set your ipod to manually update (right click it after it shows up on itunes and go to ipod options). Then just plug it into each library and add what you want. I'm not sure if that works or not, but I think it should.

You have to deactivate/deauthorize the songs library for her old computer, save them to an external storage medium (i.e. an external hard drive) and then import them to her Mac (or do a peer-to-peer PC/Mac network.)
