i'm offering a few friends and relatives a share in my business. i don't know how much i should give them. 10%, 20%, 50% of the total share? how does it work?

I was just wondering if anyone has ever been a doctor in any of the branches of military. Did you like it? What are its pro's and cons? I have read the Student Doctor Forums online, and it seems like the general consensus is that military medicine sucks. However, I'm not really sure if this is just a bunch of disgruntled army doctors ranting in one place online, and if the happy military doctors don't even know about the website. If anyone has any info, please tell me. Thanks!

Wouldn't you want to chat with her all the time? There's this guy who dated me a few times, but he would only text me when the weekend is near, so as to ask me out. Other than this, i would never hear from him for most of the week. And no, he's definitely not busy, cos he's always chatting online every weekday night. I just wonder if he ever liked me at all??

If you are "dating around" and find someone you are very interested in, more so than any of the other people you are dating, when is it appropriate to stop seeing everyone else and date just the person in which you are most interested?

Should we wait until the other person brings it up and asks us to stop? Should it be when the relationship goes to a particular level of physical contact? Should it be after a pre-determined amount of time? Or, should you not be dating more than one person at any given time?

Indeed, wouldn't God know that before the creation of our Universe what creatures would disappoint him? That being the case why create those creatures at all? Also, in knowing absolutely the behavior of humans before creation, God cannot be disappointed either... for this world is exactly as he has planned it to be. If it's not, why create us at all?
