Nothing. Unless u want to waste thousands of dollars on surgery. Don't worry about it so much. Every female has that a little bit. Nobody's boobs are exactly the same size it's just natural.

As long as it is not a huge difference it isn't a big deal. Usually they even out, or maybe one seems bigger because it is positioned differently on your body.
If you are fully grown and have a drastic difference it may be a sign of cancer, that you could have checked by a doctor.

PANIC!! Seriously, I know how ya feel. Depending on your age the problem may correct itself. If it's really noticeable or there's severe irregularities then you may need to have surgery to correct the problem. Try to find an alternative though. There are bra pads for women who've had mastectomies and such, that may help even things out until you figure out what to do.

as you grow older the smaller one will catch up with the bigger one. no one has breasts that are exactly the same size. it just doesn't happen, unless you get breast implants.

this is normal,you can take Fenugreek seed to help even out the other big which is smaller.Fenugreek seed helps your breast grows bigger,it is much safer than breast pills you can buy in the market.
