Does anyone know if there is a Florida law that protects an employee against inhalants such as perfumes or room deodorizers? I have COPD and a co-worker has chosen to ignore my request to not spray a room deodorizer that immediately sends me into an asthma attack. I brought in one to use that doesn't cause any breathing problems, which she is neglecting to use. I have asked her to stop with an explanation, and have asked the president of our very small company to intervene. He told me, "You'll just have to deal with it. Wear a face mask". This is not only humiliating, but not being able to breath is very frightening. I can not leave my position due to money. There has got to be something out there to protect an employee against this. I appreciate your help!

I know I've asked this before....but it's a poll so I need as many answers as possible.
Do you get chocolate craving during your period?
I dont but my boyfriend says MOST women do.......

this guy has been our neighbor since we bought our house 5 yrs ago. he's always been a bit "different", which has never been a problem as far we're concerned.
over the past year though, this guy (late 40ish) has undergone a bad transformation. slowly his yard/house is starting to look like a dump w/ used appliances, beat up cars, and the like scattered hither and yon. kind of a blight, but even that is like "whatever dude".
now then, this guy has taken to looking like skelator, the big black circles under his eyes, the wierd facial ticks, rambling conversations, working outside on his junk at 3 a.m., setting up a video cam. outside his house pointed at his front door. short story long... lmao!!! this guy has turned into a tweaker from hell, while maintaining his status as a sub-teacher.
I'd come unfreaking glued if i ever found out he was left in charge of one of my girls classes. what do y'all think i should do???

Our US Constitution guarantees our soverignty and citizen's rights. Without another constitutional amendment, when Bush in 2010 gives up our soveregnty to the North America Free Trade Union's SPP, Nasco giving Mexico 400,000 sq acres in Kansas City, and having our supreme court silenced by having a higher international court decide America's cases and all of this that goes with it;

and given the fact there is no part of the Constitution that says if one part of this contract is found to be null and void without an amemdment that the rest of the Constitution would still be valid;

Wouldn't that break the contract of the Constitution, of which all other laws are validated through, and be broken between the people and the government?

I say what Bush wants to do with Mexico, USA, and Canada is unconstitutional, and to do so would 1) break the contract of the constitution between the people and the government or 2) nullify the constitution because it's been replace.

What say you
