Because about Juve, Fiorentina and Lazio there were proofs. Proofs related to their presidents talking to referees etc. and getting favors for this.Obviously Juve wanted to win the Serie A and it got to win it that way, Lazio and Fiorentina wanted to preserve the Serie A and they did. What Milan profited by 'cheating' is a mystery. The second place? Oh, come on they were fighting till the end to win the Championship this year and last year and they couldn't. They were damaged from referees decisions all the time. I don't understand why should sb go to Serie B, because a person, an employee, without any importance of the Milan society, complained to a referee designator for a regular goal not assigned from the assistant while others (Facchetti, president of Inter) made phone calls to the designator, had lunch with him and gave him tickets for Inter's matches but is out of everything. It is so because Inter is not called Milan and its honorific president(Moratti) is not called Berlusconi. Milan doesn't deserve the 59 points of penalization. Penalization given for what? For loosing in Serie A while they are the first team in the Uefa ranking? It is absurd. And I want sb to give me an explanation why a declared opponent of Berlusconi and former member of Inter's directive council was chosen as the head of the Italian Football Federation?!

Yep, AC MILAN is in Serie A, with -15 points & no access to any Champions League. The sentencing was yesturday..

Even if they were to go to Serie B, Gattuso & Gilardino said they were going to stay with the club :)

apparently there was no consistent proof against milan, while conversation tapes were found for the 3 other teams.
