Since you are a Yahoo user, why not try:

http://realestate.yahoo.com/

You can also try Craigslist at:

http://www.craigslist.org/about/cities.html

Good luck with your search.

Not that I am biased, but get a good Realtor with several years of experience. Usually the Seller will pay the fees and commissions. If the house is listed in your local Multiple Listing Service then there is an agreement between Listing Agents and Buyer's Agents that the Listing Agent will share their commission. Since buying a house is the single largest purchase most people make in their life it only makes sense to have the guidance of a professional. You wouldn't represent yourself in court, you'd get a lawyer. You wouldn't do surgery on yourself, you get a surgeon. So look for a Realtor. Try www.realtor.com for some names.

yes !Please go and get yourself a real estate agent. If you are only buying I stongly suggest an agent. It is too easy too get burned if you don't know what is going on. In canada the seller pays the realtor fees anyways. good luck
