'Separation of church and state' is a theory. you won't be able to position in a legal rfile 'There will be separation of church and state'. What does that mean, precisely? So the structure says that the authorities will make no regulation as regards to religion, and could no longer set up an professional faith. And that there'll be no non secular attempt for public workplace. those are instructions that would properly be observed. you are able to also observe that God isn't said contained in the structure.
