When Nebuchanednezzar had his dream about the large gold, silver, bronze and (iron and clay) statue. Daniel interprets this dream meaning:
Gold=Babylonian Empire
Silver= Medo-Persian Empire
Bronze=Greek Empire
Iron=Roman Empire

So if Daniel correctly foretold these empires. Why wasn't a huge empire like the British Empire included in this dream. The British Empire was bigger than the Roman Empire.

Let's suppose, for the sake of argument, that a god exists and that he created the universe knowing and intending what would happen at every moment in its entire history (as any ominiscient and omnipotent entity must surely do). How then can we choose to do anything other than what this god already knows we will do? How can there be free will if there is only one possible future? Finally, how can we be held accountable for our actions when there is only one possible outcome of any choice we make? Isn't it the case that this omnipotent omniscient god must be responsible for everything, and us for nothing?

i play city of villains on my computer and for some reason it takes about 5 minutes just to get in some time it wouldnt even let me in, it would say *lost connection to map server* or *lost connection to server*. so what can i do to reduce my loading time, i got ridd of some memory like limewire and msn but nothing, while im playing i see that when i log off in a high area, then log back on it doesnt take so long but it still takes a while to get in to missions, so when i get in the mission my team mates already beat the mission without me, plz help me or give me advice on what to do! and if it is my connection please tell me how to fix my internet connection!

This is a tough question and I don't want you to think I am shallow, but the difference in our appearance is a breaking point in our relationship.

I am blessed in that I am getting better looking as I age. I get asked out daily by women of intense beauty. If there are 100 women in a crowd, the very best looking ones come to me and ask me out. This is new and very odd for me. Of course I like it but I just don't see myself that way. My wife on the other hand, can't get a look if she were naked. Age hasn't been kind to her. Her appearance and body weight have really caused or sexual relationship to dwindle. I am just not very attracted to her anymore. She has treated me poorly or I would be the first to defend 'character over beauty', but she has neither. Because I have been mistreated it is hard to rely on love for our physcal relationship. We are left with superficial beauty and it's just not enough for me to become arroused. How can I change my view point so I can become arroused?

I am 17 and not in school, and have just moved to a new town. I want to get a job to meet new people. I was figuring working at a fastfood restaurant(Burger King,McDonalds,Wendy's etc) to meet people around my age. My question is if anyone here around age 17-22 has met friends working at a fast food restaurant. I have certain "interests" that I think I will find I have in common with the typical fast food worker. Thank you :)
