I've read on here women saying not to reach for anything too high when you're pregnant, and not to lift things? Why??How much weight is too much? I work out and use weights, usually no more than 15 pounds or so. Isn't lifting a child you already have heavier?? Why is that ok, and lifting groceries or anything else not? Sorry this is my 1st pregnany and I don't know anyone around here who's been pregnant, new place! Thanks!!!!!
