Eat it discretely, not in a common area where the clients who are working out can see you. Your co-workers who know you are pregnant might be understanding about the cravings, but the people using the facilities who dont realize you are pregnant may see it as really rude.

well, you shouldnt be eating the junk food anyways. if you work at a fitness center, you know the importance of eating right. and now that you're pregnant, you should follow those teachings. why would you want to put something unhealthy into your unborn child if you normally wouldnt be eating it in the first place? eat healthy things, its better for the both of you and it wont make your fitness center look hypocritical for having employees eating junk

like many said- no you shouldn't be eating junk food. Just remember that b/c you are gaing weight for baby you want to gain healthy weight. I started at 95 lbs and got up to 150. NOw that my son is 5 months old and I still have 5-10 punds to loose I wish I hadn't eaten snacks on top of my healthy food.

You should be eating healthy food for the baby, junk food only once in a while. But I guess being pregnant and not at a high risk you can eat what ever you are craving!!!!

You shouldn't be eating junk food while you're pregnant like that! Maybe ONCE in a while.....have some self control though! You don't want to get fat and unhealthy. Just because you're pregnant isn't an excuse to get all big and unhealthy! Eat nutritious for you and the baby!!!!!

Yes. Without a doubt. I mean, you have people in there, I'm sure, that use junk food as their "drug of choice." Go to the washroom or to the break room and eat if you must. Just keep it out of the faces of those who are trying to break away from junk food.

No. As a preggy mommy, you do as you see fit. Since you work in a fitness center, maybe be alittle more discrete with your snacking, but that baby is yours and yours alone.
If it is a craving, go ahead, if it just to stuff your face, maybe their is a healthier alternative right thier at the center.

I don't think its rude. Your Pregnat you get the munchies thats normal, but try to limit your junk foods cause alot of junk food isn't good for your baby but a little junkfood won't hurt you.

not purely do you need to not be ingesting junk nutrition if you're pregnant, it gadgets a foul party for the those who come to the well-being club. you're meant to be a sturdy party for them.
