When I hate someone I.....
1.) I figure out why I hate them;
2.) I separate their actions (which I hate) from the person
3.) I come up with reasons why the person acts the way s/he does
4.) I try to find something that I have common with her/him
5.) I realize that we all are human and make mistakes. If others can forgive me, then I must forgive others.
For whatever reason this usually helps me.

Are you saying you want to kill her or the hate? I think that you might want to either 1) see a psychologist immediately before you do something you'll regret when you spend the rest of your life in jail or 2) just leave her...
I know that people annoy each other - especially in relationships, but HATE is a really strong word to use about the person that you supposedly love. If you love her so much, focus on the positive things that she does for you, and try to accept the things that annoy you.

Have you told her of these feelings? If you can come clean about you thoughts of hate you can work more on love. talk with her and understand why you hate her. Hate is a strong word. What did she do? In some cases you should get away from the person to avoid crimes of passion.

Forgoing that... Just think with the lower head.. Somehow that usualy can trump reasonable dislike and allow of otherwise improbable things to occur.

Just look for the good in her and concentrate on that. Accept her for who she is.
