Yes Israel is pretty uniformly the largest single recipient of U.S. foreign aid annually. Some say Israel could not survive without massive foreign aid from the United States. Others point to it as the cause for Israel's dramatic inflation which has sometimes approached 1000 percent annually. The idea is that the huge influx of U.S. capitol annually, which has no basis in increased productive capacity in Israel, only serves to drive up prices.

I am no economist, and have no real means of assessing the actual impact our aid has on the Israeli economy, but the amount of the aid is pretty substantial.

I can't believe how dense some of the liberals are. In the 1967 conflict, the Syrians who at the time occupied the Golan heights, decided they wanted more land, so they launched attacks into Israel from those positions, so Israel got tired of getting shelled and responded by taking away those lands that are now disputed. Wasn't it only months ago that the Israelis gave up a huge chunk of land to the Palestinians? Is this how Palestinians thank the Israelis? by firing rockets at them and kidnapping people? If the stupid muslim Arabs would leave them alone, there would be peace, but the muslims just can't sit still for a few days without blowing up a mall or restaurant in Israel.

The US should stop giving aid to all the Arab nations because even if they act like friends, the fact is they want us dead.
But I guess we're too stupid to see that.
