I was watching a movie and my head was resting against my shoulder, neck curved (as the neck usually does) and now I have a sharp pain whenever I turn my head 90 degrees to the right. Any suggestions or excercises I can do to relieve the pain? It really hurts. I've put some icy-hot on it, but any tips?

I don't look down upon drinking, I have no religious reasons for not drinking, I even recognize with the PROPER amount it can be good for your health. But, I have no interest in drinking AT ALL, so why do my college contemporaries give me so much flack for it?
