"Here's one - can you see it?" meaning a new joke, why cant they resist making some dirty minded reply.? Is it there hormones or do boys mature when they get a girlfriend?

I really love my job and the clients I serve. I have actually been there longer than anyone else, but I am the most unpopular person on our team. I have heard that a fever serves a purpose. By heating up the body, it kills the infection or virus. I know many people give their kids tylenol as soon as their kid gets a fever. This makes the child more comfortable but also lowers the fever. My daughter has a 102.3 temp right now. What should I do?

Everyone is talking about how castor oil will quicken the progression into labor... I have heard that castor oil may hurt the baby (painful bowels), and I do not want to put her through that just so I can have her. I want her now more than anything, but taking the chance of her hurting like that is not at all worth it. Don't get me wrong. I want to wait until she is ripe and ready, but everyone is telling me to consider castor oil. I would much rather stick to walking and doing "the deed," but I'm sick of hearing about it and how great it works. Does anyone have any advice for me? Has anyone ever used castor oil, and if so, was it a good or bad experience? Thanks everyone! :)
