What is wrong with the name Laura? Liana sounds like a name for a llama and Kiana sounds like the name of a country or a wild animal. Plus no one is going to see that name and pronounce it "lee-ar-nah" - there's no "r" in it. If I saw it, I'd pronounce it "lee-ann-ah" But, remember, just because I don't like it, doesn't mean it isn't going to be a great name for your kid. Look at all the responses from folks who do like it. So whatever you decide, congratulations!

Liana is ok, but Kiana is a bit cutsey. Sounds like a cat's name...

I think they are both beautiful names. Although I do have to agree with the majority, I like Liana more.

if its pronounced Lee-ar-nah it should be spelled LeighArnah or Liarna or sumthin like that but Liana or LiAhnah is pronounced Lee-ah-nah and that is very pretty
