Get plenty of sleep, don't drink too much caffeine, turn off the TV, and turn on some instrumental music. When you feel like you can't concentrate any longer, take a break.

Go someplace without distractions if you can. Some people recommend silence (mentally it probably is best) but for other people background noise works. If you use music it is best if it has no vocals and neither a slow tempo (may make you sleepy) but not too vigorous of one as well-something you won't pay attention to as well so no favorite songs. Not too loud either, just soft enough to be there. I recommend classical or baroque, long Chopin pieces work as do certain but not all Mozart. Bach keyboard music is very good but his concertos are not good for concentration as they are more to be listened to than ignored and iwill nsist on this to your ear.
Don't try to work at a busy time either. Clear your head, the task at hand is what is going on and nothing else. The reccomendation about breaks is great, but use a timer or set a bench mark so you don't worry about them, don't stop or even bother to think about them until this point is reached.

First, learn how to spell concentrate. Second, it depends on what kind of learner you are, some people like absoulute silence, but I prefer to have headphones on and listen to music. It all depends, but don't spend too much time doing it, take a break every half hour and do something outside. Or something you enjoy.
