Is anyone else fed up with local autority parking enforcement. Is this the only crime where one is assumed guilty until proven innocent. Is it fair that you can pay £2 to park for 1 hour then if you are 5 minutes late you are charged the equivalent of 25 hours parking fee?

I have a great deal of repect for the Police.

But it does seem to me that they can be a little introverted. In the village a police car was vandalised over the weekend and the ammount of police activity surrounding this incident is huge.

Why do they not do the same when my car is vandalised?

Any thoughts?

I have two columns with data, column A and column B. Column A has titles of movies, and column B has prices of the corresponding movies. I have a cell which asks for the "title of highest price movie," I am trying to come up with a formula that does not return the max price, but returns the actual name of the movie in text that has the max price. Can anyone help me out? It's greatly appreciated.
