He is pre-cumming. Your touch excites him enough to arouse him. Yes, it's normal, and I wouldn't be too worried about him being excited too easily. I would suggest talking to him about it as I'm sure he could teach you a few things about his organ.
I would also suggest an english class or two.

I would say it is normal. Some people are just more easily excited. Some women can have an orgasim just from manipulation of the breasts. I think this would be almost the same thing.

Yes thats what is happening. U r probably his first girl and he has not xperienced this kind of an act with another girl bfore so thats what is causing him to wet his pants. He needs to be cool. If u check his breathing and blood pressure it will b xtremely high in this case!

How wet does he get? Most guys get wet when aroused without actually reaching orgasm. It's called "pre-ejaculate," and it's normal. If he gets a little wet but his penis stays hard, it's probably pre-ejaculate; but if he gets REALLY wet and his penis goes limp, he has reached orgasm.

It depends. guys "presperm" which is a oil that "clears the way" for the sperm because the vagina is really acidic and can kill the sperm. Is he coming all the way or just alittle? So if its just alittle bit of clear-almost clear liquid its normal if its alot *like he is actually coming* he needs to build up his endurance.

He is normal, all guys have pre-ejaculation. But also know if you are having sex ( which I hope you are not, that is to important for you not to) he can still have pre-ejacultaion and you can get pregnant from that. Normally, when you are performing oral sex that pre-ejaculation can act as lubrication. Basically his body is getting ready for sex.

Are you having sex? Sounds like he is really young and very sensitive to stimulating touch. The older he gets and the more sexual experience he gets, he will get better about premature ejaculation. --I would hope so, otherwise, he's really going to suck in bed.
