I have been taken back to child support court by my ex. I have filed a counter motion along with 4 other motions and one for a continuance requesting that my ex have to provide the court with absolute proof of his income(self-employed truck driver). The judge denied my request for a continuance and all he said was that I needed to provide him with discovery at the hearing next week. Does anyone know what this means and what is it that I should be doing? Is there a certain form I need to fill out, or what? I really need help with this and have no money to get an attorney or even ask questions of one. What is discovery? If anyone knows, I will be very grateful. Thanks for your help in this.

I am 27 and I feel like it’s too late for me to get a driver license, EVER. I am driving around town for a month now and my husband said I’m pretty good at it. But there were instances that I lacked confidence and started being wimpy or scared (it's because of these images of crashing cars or hitting somebody flashing in my mind). I don’t wanna be stuck and rely to him all the time to drive me places where I wanna go. I need my independence. Do you think that behind-the-wheel tutorial will cure this or is this more of an emotional issue? Also, how much do they usually charge for the actual driving lesson?

I know this is hypocritical but isn't anybody else scared of what we are doing to the environment? I shouldn't be sitting in my house with the ac in front of my computer whining about the state of the world but I was just thinking about bird flu, animal extinction, global warming, new virus' that fight off the antibodies already (ok I had help from a site with all this thinking). And I'm scare for my children. What can we do to change it????? I don't think I'm ready to give up my life but what other way is there but then nobdy else is going to change. What's a person supposed to do?? I want realistic answers please.

for three weeks or so i have been experencing general pregnancy . I have also been on the short for a year and have never had any sign of blood. earlly this week i started 2 have light vaginal bleeding, It lonly asted about 3 days. I have taken 2 tests that came out negative. then in the last two weeks ive been experiencing severe left abdominal pain than began spreding across the entire pelvic region as well as intenese cramps. For a couple days the pain pretty much dissapeared give or take a few minor pains. I went to the doctor on wednesday and the pain had become intese again. I told her of all the symptomns..(pain during/after sex and tenderness whiping after using the restrrom , too) she gave me a UTI test - negative then i got a vainal ultrasound. I wont know the results till tuesday. Which seems like a whiel to wait if this coudl be serious. Has anyone experineced somthing like this before? what should i do?

I'd especially like to find music that is ALL Piano. I have a yamaha Clavinova piano. Most midi files have cheezy electronic background sounds. Where can I find MIDI files that are good arangements and especially ones that are only piano???

I know there are thousands of sites with midi files, but which sites have music that doesn't suck?

(FYI, I like a bit of everything, but especially 90's and up rock, pop, some opera, broadway, new age, and good piano tunes).

any big city has a gay church. ive been to one and even saw a sermon debunking the misinterpretations of Romans ch 1. Religion is the number one reason people dont accept homosexuals so what do you think about these churches?

I have an older laptop with Windows ME. and I tried to download a program to help me open an .xls attachemnt, but my system is too old and it requires Window 2000 version.
