It's both. There's a guy that I know who isn't particularly that great looking, but he is extremely good at sports(I know, it's superficial, but just keep reading). His confidence is a turn on, but it's that when he talks he's really sweet and opposite of what you think. His smile is great too. Even when he doesn't like a person and they say something stupid, he just smiles and shakes his head. Half the girls I know are in love with him.
