Go to a local library and ask the owner how they got started. Talking to someone that is already involved in one might help you out alot.

I think I would start a virtual library. Then I think your dollar could go a lot further and your readership would be global. I look forward to reading a bood there!! Or listening to a podcast! Thanks. I love books.

Start letting people check out your books, and then go from there (start small, it works out best in the end)

get a beautiful librarian first....only then u'll have massive seekers for ur library...ask her to sit only on the dispatch desk so tht ppal can interact with her only when thay get books issued...or donate books...or return books.....
