Regards that Air Force recommendation above... that's not what that job does, not even close. The defense language institute does sometimes send people to countries to test their language skills to blend in as native speakers, but NOT for intelligence purposes. The career field mentioned is actually a very boring job.
A military first strategy to the CIA is good. Anything with combat arms, leadership, & languages is a good start. Then get to college fast (it'd be better to commission as an officer & serve 4 years in a combat job), get a degree in languages or international relations or history of a particular region. Then apply to both the CIA & to state as a foreign service officer (from which you can make the move).
...and "killer devoid of emotions?" I don't think so. Lonely, divorced, messed up hard life yeah, but don't confuse professionalism with cold & emotionless.

Too easy score a 110 or higher on the ASVAB, join the Army and tell them you want to be ranger qualified, special forces qualified (green beret), and then you want to go to Delta Force, Delta force works closely with the illusive "Virginia Farm Boys" aka cronies for the CIA. You'll need a top secret clearance and better be prepared to work with joint forces or even alone. It's not all glitz and glamour, and their is no recognition. You'll be a super dooper secret soldier (secret squirrel) and then you either disappear off of the planet under the guise of government actions or you just live a life that is lonely and seperate and cold. You'll become a killer void of emotions, and blah blah blah.

Since I'm not sure what government you wish to spy for I have determined that by asking this question you should become a spy for North Korea.

Easy. Take the ASVAB test, and then talk to an AIR FORCE recruiter about enlisting as a Cryptologic linguist. You will be trained for a few years in a foreing language, and then you will be deployed to other countries for reconnaisance.
For instance, the way he explained it to me, you may learn russian, and then go into russian pubs spewing ethnic slurrs and see the response you get...very fun stuff.
Oh, you'll need top secret clearance, so anything you've been caught doing in the past, they will find out. they will send people to talk to your friends and relatives and neighbors as well.
