When I delete anything, it doesn't go to my recycle bin, it just gets directly deleted. How do I turn the recycle bin back on, or whatever?

I wish some boy would take the necessary steps to put him away for good! I don't believe he is innocent or he would't be hiring someone to adopt little boys for him to do who knows what. You know what I wish someone would do to him- put him out of his misery! What say you??!! If someone is gay that's their business but doing stuff to children is not right in any way.

I think I have lyme disease. My doctor tested me a few days ago for it because I have all the symtpoms minus the rash ... or so I thought. I noticed a bunch of bumps/rash appeared on both of my legs a few days after my symptoms, but I thought I came in contact with something. After I left the doctor, I went home and took a closer look (hadn't shown her because I told her no rash). It's almost a speckling of dots, almost like a cross between poison ivy and hives. It first it was raised red bumps, but now they're below the surface and turned darker. Has anyone experienced a rash like this that was related to Lyme Disease? Please help!
