If you are an avid Angel fan like me, you will be deeply saddend by the last episode. It's kind of a long story. try downloading it at

All I will say is...Poor Lorne, my heart goes out to ya buddy! No one ever laughed at your jokes, or said thank you, or sorry for destroying Karatos so many times.You are the best. Yes, I realize that Lorne is a fictional character, but still the last episode is heart wrenching!!!

Oh man.... OUCH! The gang goes after the Circle and takes them out. The Senior Partners send all manner of hell beasties after them. It doesn't really end, which is a kicker. You really do have to watch it for yourself.
In a nutshell:
Lorne shoots Lindsay and makes it clear that he [Lorne] is out of the picture.
Wesley is killed by the mage demon guy. Illyria kills mage demon guy after comforting Wes in the guise of Fred. (MAJOR tear-jerker!)
Gunn is badly wounded. It's not clear if he's mortally wounded, but it looks pretty damned bad.
Connor helps Angel take out "that Baldwin guy" before Angel tells him to scram.
Spike, Angel, Gunn, and Illyria face all manner of badness as the screen cuts to black.
ARGH!!!!!!!!!

Well they went off to fight, and that's about it.
Wesley died, Gunn was dying.
