Whenever I turn my computer off for the night. and the next morning when I turn it back on, I go on the internet by clicking internet explorer but it always says in the status bar "finding site" and the page can not be displayed. I only know that if I restarted it the computer, I can go on the internet and there won't be an error display message. my question is why does the website display whenever I restart the computer. Does anyone know what the problem is? This only happens if I turn off my computer everynight.

I have been trying to figure out the name of this movie. I remeber watching it when I was 10 (I am now in my 30s). Part of the movie has a girl who is talking with an old man who is dying. He is lying inside an oxygen tank. He is in a big mansion. One part of the movie has a girl and a guy trying to escape the mansion, they get into a car and drive away from the mansion, but no matter which way they drive , north, south, east, or west, they wind up back at the mansion. Another part of the movie the man is outside the mansion and is standing beside the car (not sure if he is hiding) but is shot with an arrow in the face from someone who is standing on the roof of the mansion. Another part of the movie is the girl goes for a swim in the indoor pool and when she is swimming underwater she tries to come up for air, but an invisible force prevents her from surfacing. It is either a movie made in the late 70s possible early 80s. Not really sure. Thank you for the help.

I think htat we should not accept people becoming obese. Im talkin dont hate the player, hate the game stuff here. if we make people feel bad that they are fat, then maybe they will lose the weight. like positive peer pressure. But not make fun of the overweight people, just the chronically obese. like take away their burgers and stuff. just ban all crap food from people who cant learn to manage their intake. I know that sometimes obesity is caused by medical issues, but more often than not is it because they are eating too much food that is bad for them. Im not saying this because Im skinny and prejudiced or anything so dont give me any rude answers, but I think that this generation cannot be healthy if we dont teach them. who's with me?

Boy is THIS question going to update our usage of this question site!! I'm making a film and my cushion ($) is naturally limited.
Before burning the rest of the funds, an idea hits me!
My time is limited when it comes to anything more than the project at hand, so here is my golden question that I believe will wake up ALL our emaginations here in Question-Land....

I have about three months till I get to a point it will be used.
What is the most brilliant way to turn 3 large into a bigger amount in three months? (I was talking legal by the way!) Ya, that does pose an INTERESTING question!

I need a job and no one wants to hire me. I have cashier, restuarant and office expierience. I have my GED and I cant seem to find any jobs. I need a job ASAP because I'm supposed to move to VA in November but I cant go out there without no money. I am very responsible, on time and courteous. What I mean is, I've tried to read The Power of Now and while a friend of mine says that Eckhart spoon feeds you the truth, I didn't find it all that easy to understand. I'm sure the message is important and the concept can change your life, but I'm finding it hard to grasp. Anyone know of any other books or authors who explain enlightenment in laymens' terms?

here's the thing, i play around with my guy friends.. in the beginning its always fine.. but then.. they always play rougher.. it almost feels like they think im a toy that they can literally throw around.. they're stronger than me.. i cant stop them even if i scream they still continue.. they carry me.. play too rough.. it almost feels like im being raped.. and i cant do anythin about.. then.. sometimes my other friends are around.. and its just humiliating :/ what do i do?

IMPORTANT: READ THESE DETAILS: OTHERWISE YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO ANSWER AS WELL AS YOU COULD: What happened was I let this guy borrow it. Afterward when I asked for it back he said my friend had it, and gave me a fake phone number. I asked my friend and he said he had never had it.
Now after the end of school I was able to get the guy's number and I talked to his dad. He said that the guy had one already, and that my friend (same friend as before) had it. I wanted to call the police but my mom will not let me. I live in Louisville Kentucky. The guy's name is Brice Armour. He lives in the Partridge Meadows apartments off of LaGrange Road in Lyndon.
