I would set up a philanthropic trust to be run by someone you trust, like your mother,have them go to hospitals,talk to social services and pay for life saving surgeries desperate people would need and could not afford.Do it anonymously.I think this would be cool.If I ever win the lottery,it's what I will do.

How about setting up an "Adopt a homeless person" program. Not taking them home, but like Special Olympics. Find em, document them, find sponsers, get them the conseling, work towards a stable job, get them the help they need, get em off the streets....

Lots of poor, rural areas need ball parks. I've always thought it would be neat to revitalize a run down small town.
