I don't know if she is shy or what, but I figure that the kiss must mean something... Am I a fool? She seems less responsive now. Talk about mixed signals. We still talk and get together, but not much has happened since. I wish it wasn't bothering me, but it does. And I am not sure if I should directly ask her about the kiss.

I am in Los Angeles county. Some guy attacked my girl friend so I put my self in between him & my girl friend. He grabed me & started to hit me I punched him in the nose. Then the fight was over. He went to the hospital for a broken nose & I got my probation violated. The judge did not even give me a chance to tell her my case. She gave me a year in jail. But she did say that I would probebly only a couple of months due to the Los Angeles county jail overcrowding problen. I was wondering if there was any truth to this.

And Please if your are going to be a jerk dont respond. I got enough problems

As a description of the realities of athletic competition, it is an idiotic statement. Obviously, winning's not the only thing, because for every winner there's a loser. As a statement for developing and growing as an athlete, it's unrealistic, because in athletics as in all else we learn from our failures and mistakes. If what he was trying to say was, "Losing is no option; get all ideas of losing out of your heads!", then I understand his reasoning as a coach, but "Winning is the only thing" seems to me a sloppy way of putting it.

Right now I'm 16 and will be a junior. I've lieved with my mom all of my life. I have no sblings whatsoever. Both parents are remarried. I think that my dad deserves atleast two years to have a shot at this parenting gig. Don't you? I mean I have a great relationship w/my old man. We can talk about everything. From sex to menstral cramps to basketball to hardware(i know nothing of). So we're pretty honest w/eachother. I'm just as honest w/my mom. But I just had to move on base from where I used to live. So unfortunately i had to change schools. i haven't made any close friends yet. So i see no real reason in putting up w/my mom's depression when i can barely handle my own. Right now I'm at the point where I don't know how to confront my mom though. We've been through this before but I really want this. I may just go to my dad's next week(which im supposed to) and not come back. I know that's harsh but she will not listen(she hasn't before). What do I do here?
