I dont understand why women cant just get along and know that everyone of us are beautiful in our own way and no need to compete!! and go behind each other's backs

Because it isn't true. Some women are rotten all the way through. You compete as a survival trait. Strongest most competitive women gets the best men, which give the strongest off spring and later, a new generation of strong women.

Competition is central to life and evolution.
We come from hundreds of millions of years of bad *** creatures that competed to survive and reproduce. The urge to compete is endemic to our nature, Read your user's manual!

women's lib. before that there were families and values. they had good friends. as the lib expanded, so did the behavior of women to each other and men. they became not only competitive in the workplace and to gain the same the men were getting, it caused them to cutthroat to get ahead anyway they can.
