I don't know if she is shy or what, but I figure that the kiss must mean something... Am I a fool? She seems less responsive now. Talk about mixed signals. We still talk and get together, but not much has happened since. I wish it wasn't bothering me, but it does. And I am not sure if I should directly ask her about the kiss.

As a girl myself, i would be a little shy if we weren't going out after we kissed and then hung out like we did before. It sounds likes she likes you and i think you should just go after her if you like her if not you should still talk about just so it isn't as akward between you guys.

First off, what was the kiss like? A peck? A lip lock? When people are drunk their inhibitions are lowered (sometimes eradicated), but the things they do tend to be the things they want to do. This doesn't mean that the kiss means anything. This means that yes, she wanted to kiss you and probably has for a while. Forget about the kiss and what it may or may not mean and ask yourself if you're interested in this girl. If you are then ask her out and do something other than drinking. Then see what happens. I wouldn't ask her about the kiss if she hasn't brought it up as she may be embarrased by her actions. Take it as a signal to go ahead and express whatever interest you have in her.

Well, let's see, if she was tipsy, no point in putting too much stock in that kiss. Could be that she doesnt even remember being so bold. OR, she does remember and isnt quite sure what all she did. That would also explain her attitude since.
Seeing that it's bothering you, then bring it up, and find out where ya stand. But please be prepared for whatever her response may be.

She is ashamed and embarresed at what she has done, the kiss was probably just a moment of being horny because she was tipsy and you being there, she may have done the same with another guy had you not been there, don't read too much into it.

Some girls will kiss anybody when they're "tipsy". Don't make a big thing out of it. She may not even remember doing it, or if she does remember, she may be embarrassed about it.

She's probably just really unsure of herself, especially if she hasn't had a whole lot of experiences with another girl. Talk to her about it, see what's going on.
