For those of u that are still pissed at me because of my last question, let me just say that i've been reading the Old Testament and the Bible in general for years. But do u think the Old Testament is based on culture and on the time rather than anything else? And if it is does the whole, being gay is an abomination thing still apply?

I need a help, my owner take to much time for repair my ceiling from my living room and some of the bath room. In March, my ex neigboor made by accident a "deluge" because her washing machine brook and all the water broke my ceiling. I ask her husband if they have some insurance and he say yes, so i say good but my owner don't do nothing because he was thinking that the insurance of my ex neighboor have to do everything, and he forget to call his insurance presently in July nothing start to do but his guy from insurance came to day and he say that it's very strong what happen here and my owner have to repair everything, plus painting but i know my owner and i will wait again before he start to make it, i don't want wait in false time or winter time to make that. Imagine, i am sure that i can't stay here during the work plus i have multiple sclerosis i have no where to go and tell me please what i can do about the insurance if they can pay me an hotel during a repair ?

Ok I'm new at all this financing stuff. I am wanting to purchase my first home. What is the process on getting a loan? How long does the process take? How do I go about getting the best interest rate? I dont want to put down a large down payment what mortgage would be best? Can you explain how points work?
I have excellent credit and am debt free. The type of home I plan on purchasing is a fixer-upper and I plan to live there at most 3 years and then I will either sale it or rent it out. I know this is too many questions but the mortgage process gets overwhelming and I dont want to get shafted in the loan process.

Puerto Rico has been a colony for more than 500 years. First under Spain's rule, later over US rule. There is a deficit of democracy in this island and the UN is aware, so how can its citizens join the group of nations and enjoy the joys of freedom? I'm programming a small computer game and have run up on the following math problem:

Two objects exist on a two dimensional space. One is a moving target, the other is a stationary shooter, firing at the target. Assume that I know all of the following:

The exact location of the shooter and the target at any given point in time.
The distance between the shooter and the target at any given time.
The velocity and direction of motion of the target.
The velocity of the projectile. (constant velocity)
All conditions are ideal: no friction, no changes in velocities or directions, no wind resistance, etc.

How can I determine what direction the shooter should fire in to hit the target at any given time?

I've been racking my brain for a couple of days, and can't figure this one out. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Older kids than me (I'm 13) show racism everyday and they curse so repeatedly that it's a part of their "normal" vocabulary. They have a bad temper and no one stands up to them. And younger kids are badly influenced by them and this event repeats again as a cycle.
