Yes, I don't know exactly why, but I do. It infuriates me.

Usually that happens a lot with younger people of the opposite sex. This is just a shyness people have mostly because of the PC crowds drilling people about how bad it is to have any contact with the opposite sex what so ever.

Kids hear it from their parents from their teachers and it is on every sensationalized story about criminals the news medias can dig up about axe murderers.

A lot of kids look at it as a commitment to a relationship. They are scared of a commitment and naturally shy away from looking into the opposite sexes eyes as a way to convince them they are not committing to anything.

It is an easy way to tell if someone is lying if they cannot look you in the eyes also

Kids in their 20s should take note that if your bf/gf cannot look into your eyes and tell you they love you but only shy away or blink a lot when they say it then you need to sit down and discuss exactly what kind of relationship you do have and where it is supposedly going.

If you have kids or already have kids on the way and that is happening I feel sorry for you for sure. You missed the signs early in the relationship and just got into it for totally unrelated reasons like “She is so hot I want some of that for sure or He is so hot I want some of that reasons” without even wondering about what either really wants in the future.

How a person looks you in the eyes in every situation will tell you a lot about them if you study it enough.

Not really.. in fact, I make it a point to look into someone's eye when we're in a conversation.. delivers the point much more effectively..

At first I don't but constant eye contact is difficult for me since I'm very shy.I always look deeply into eyes of new people I meet so I know what's going on in their soul.

No. In fact, at times, I look into their eyes so intently that the person might begin to feel a little bit uncomfortable (I don't do it on purpose mind you).

Not usually. If it's someone I don't like then I may have a problem.
