I need to get another job (I work at an accounting firm) so that the mother of my baby can stay home to care for him -- we do not believe in daycare, too risky, and I want to do the right thing and be the provider.

Please give me tips on how other guys got the courage to make it happen, it seems so hard to have full responsibility on my back (what if I lose a job and we have no money for rent / food) but I know I have to do it.

I have already tried getting a raise, just not going to happen and i have my resume ready to send to other companies. This is a big step but the right thing to do -- not fair that the baby is not with mom while she also works all day..

Any advice can help... Shoudl I tell this situation while I interview? what if I have to get 2 jobs to have enough money and never see the baby b/c I am always working?

Is this what our athers went through and men today are just spoiled b/c women also make good money?

Thank you and please share how you did this?

What happened to the real men, people like Goldwater and Dole and Reagan who, even when you did not agree with them, you still respected. They were honorable men. Real men.

Has the Republican Party sank so low that it can't get it's agenda across without the distortions of truth, the dirty tricks politics, the stereotyping of those who disagree with them?

Has the average Republican become so pu**y-whipped that he or she won't stand up against the extremist in his own party.

Has winning become so ommiportant that having a moral backbone is considered a handicap?

Are there not enough real men left in the Republican Party to re-capture what is used to stand for?

(A quote from a real man, a great Republican:

"To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public." -Teddy Roosevelt )

This question was inspired in part by Yoda Green. So, half the proceeds will go to him/her.

I've reported it to authorities and had an exam the next day but I'm not sure if any changes will show up that fast. The guy was also an ex-boyfriend and father of my 2 year old son.

I'm 15 and really not very big on makeup. I generally use some cover up and a little blush and lipstick. I have big green/hazel eyes and sometimes I use a tiny bit of mascara to enhance them. I really don't want to use any real eyeliner, is there something else i can use (eyeshadow...etc) to slightly enhance my eyes without making it look fake? I'm really quite a tomboy but am trying to be more girly!!!

Federal prosecutors charged a veteran of the Iraq war with murder and rape Monday in connection with the killing of an Iraqi woman and 4 members of her family.

Steven D. Green, a 21-year-old former private first class who was discharged from the Army, appeared in a federal magistrate's courtroom in Charlotte Monday.

The charges grew out of a military investigation involving up to five soldiers in the March rape and killing of the woman in Mahmoudiya and three of her relatives.

( Note:...My question is:.....He is no longer in the military so how can they arrest him for something that happened 10,000 miles away and in a war zone. the Military should not be able to touch him. He no longer comes under the U.C.M.J.)
