its not a person who is impolite , its d time that makes him impolite and mannerless, in todays time of corruption and crime no one is good some part of every human being is dark

It is possible. Imagine thousands of years ago when pre-historic man walked freely. Did he apologize when he belched? Did he excuse himself when he passed gas? He must have chewed with his mouth open and picked his teeth by the hearth after a good meal. I imagine he even scratched where it itched and without reserve.
Obviously, man has adopted some good etiquette somewhere or we wouldn't be where we are today.
It just takes a little time for people to realize that a sense of decorum goes further than vainly, cast rude remarks.
Watch the evolution of this site, if it stays long enough. You will notice that the only people on here who pose questions that are rude or vulgar are neo-phytes. They haven't learned what the guidelines are, or just refused to read them.
I think it is entirely possible to have a civil and polite society, though we may not see it in our lifetime. It won't stop me from striving to be polite and considerate. I only hope that as my answers are posted, others can see the value of direct answering in a deferential manner.

There is a school of thought whose philosophy is "An Armed Society Is A Polite Society." A society based on this premise would be fairly lively(or deadly)for a while, but the survivors would be Very polite.

Since you are probably about 8 years old I will try to be polite. No it is not possible to have a polite society, world peace, eliminate world hunger or any of that other idealistic stuff.

i dont believe this is possible due to the restraints that society itself has put on us. we have been taught to dislike or hate others just because they are different in lifestyle or views from birth.
