Yes I know what goth is.. why else would I be answering this question. No you won't look gay, and anyway, is the whole point of being goth is that you don't give a sh** about what people think of you? I know on a human level thats hard, but that what everyone claims. Everytime I go to the mall there are goth kids hanging around Hot Topic (one of my fave stores by the way) and I always hear someone say something like, "I can't believe their parents let them out dressed like that, I don't understand." And I think, it's better then being on drugs. They're just expressing themselves. Besides, a lot of punks and goths that I know are straight edge, so get over it.
So, to make a short story long,no it won't be gay if you wear nail polish. (unless it's pink!)

Anyways dont use black nail polish use purple or blue. Looks alot better.

I think if you're saying gay in the term looking stupid, most likely not. People these days tend to leave people alone for doing all sorts of new things. Such as lots of tattoos, men wearing eyeliner, ect, ect. I think if you paint them nicely, and dont smudge or make it look trashly people won't take you as a joke, they will just kinda glance and probably think "well, that guy can actually do his nails well" I know girls love that!

Yea. I've never seen anything wrong with guys painting their nails black. Just don't do any other color.
And my black nail polish is just something cheap. It's "I love my nails" But their are a lot of good companies like Maybelline that are starting to make black nail polish.

yep, any guy wearing nail polish is gay gay gay. I suspect that you even thinking about it means you are probably a closet homo.
Obviously I don't know you, but I imagine you are man trying to get a cool identity, well have fun and do what you want, in a few years you will realize that being cool in the grown up world goes about as far as a lead balloon.

Sure! Absolutely, I think as long as you are still in your teens you could pull it off. One of the great things about nail polish is that it can come off in seconds, so if you decide you don't like it, or you get a bad reaction (which I doubt you will!) you can remove it. Take Care! :)
