Just use earthy tones, like a tan or light brown for eyeshadow. The best way to wear makeup is to make it look like you don't have any on

I would say use like a dark purple or mahoghany colored eyeshadow and take a really think eyeshadow/ cake eyeliner brush and get it wet and just do some eyeliner really think on the very outside of your eyes like a little but under your eyes and a little bit over your eyes and that will make them pop. Mascara is definetly the key to enhancing eyes though!

Ok, I think I can really help you. First of all, I think its cool that you are trying to look a little more girly! My sis is kinda tomboyish and I think it looks really good when you mix in girly style! =)
Here is what I suggest since you don't want to do anything way dramatic:
Eyes: For colors of eyeshadow, go with browns and golds. My best friend has green eyes and she looks gorgeous with light purple eyeshadow too. Because you don't want to wear eyeliner (wich is a great idea) you should pick a dark brown eyeshadow and dip an angle brush into a little bit of water, then dip it into the eyeshadow and brush along the lash line, This way you will have a smudgy natural looking (THIN) line!
*Great job with the mascara, keep it up
*also curl your lashes. That will make them look awesome, and you might not even need the mascara then.
Cheeks: You really don't have to wear blush if you don't want to, but go with a peachish color
Lips: stick with tinted lipglosses. Go with a goldish brown, or a pinkish brown.
****remember, pick one feature to play up and make it look gorgeous, either the lips or eyes.... then keep the rest of the face simple. Because when you have really sparkly eyes and then you add lipgloss to your lips.... it can be too much!
=) Good luck with your new look!

I have hazel eyes, and what I find to enhance them is using a kohl eyeliner on the bottom and a liquid on top, while wearing purple eyeshadow. So give that a shot. If your hands are shakey, dont use a liquid eyeliner, just stick with the kohl all the way around.

Try a light eyeshadow...a silver, white, cream color. All with a shimmer to them. Just put it on the eyelid before the crease (not up to the brow bone). Try a blue mascara, that will make your eye color POP! without adding the heaviness of black mascara. Don't wear eyeliner, and stay away from concealers, foundations and powders at your age. These could clog your skin...a wee bit of powder on the nose, forehead, and chin will reduce shine if you have oily skin. I'd use Almay, it's got a great "cornstarch" powder for teens. I bought it for my daughter.

Try just using cover - up and no blush, just a light gloss that shines, but its clear, and some mascara, don't worry about the blush and don't use eyeshadow or eyeliner, but if you want a little bit of colour use a light light pink blush and it should look pretty natural.

You should curl your lashes and use mascara to lenghten your lashes. Long lashes will make you look more girly. Maybe a peach eye shadow would suit you. If you want to look girly try wearing a cute skirt or something or start carrying around a purse or handbag when you go shopping. Good Luck!

with eyeshadow, use gray shadow as a base, and make a line of it underneath the eye. it opens them up without making you look dead. on the top lid, you can then use light or earthy colors to add some color and make it interesting. Good Luck!

you sound as if you really dont need any makeup at all, but regarding your eyes instead of using black eyeliner why not try brown eyeliner it gives a softer line than black pencil, and you can use clear mascara it still defines eyelashes, but without too much black on the eyes.
