Yes i think so, even though the italians are a$$holes towards them. They accused one of them (Frings) of beating up an Argentinian player after the game. The Argentina guy was asked and he said that he wasnt beat up, but somehow the FIFA decided that Frings is now not allowed to play the next game and is on Probation for 6 months. Plus hes gotta pay 5000 Swiss Francs (Around 3300 Euro). I just don't get it. And this has really gotten the moral of the germans down. Frings was really good the last match!
So go germany, and if not them, i think portugal or france are good too as long as its not italy, those cheating *****es.
France played better than Portugal I guess. So Either:
1. Germany
2. France
3.Portugal
4. Italy
(this makes sence cause its germany vs italy and france vs portugal)
OR
1.France
2.Italy (gotta be coz if they beat germany...)
3.Portugal/Germany (depending on the moral, but probably Gemrnay)
4. (same as above, probably Portugal.

I hope so und crossing my fingers - even if Frings is out.
I didn't hear about Frings hitting an Argentinian player, I just saw on TV an Argentinian player (Rodriguez I think) hitting a German player repeatedly with his fist on the head and neck right after the penalty kicks at the end of the game.

They will if FIFA will stop interfering. The Argentines, sore losers that they are, instigated EVERYTHING on the pitch after their match ended. They need to be like John Kerry and Al Gore, and LEARN to lose and move on!!!
