I live in hostel room shared by 3 persons we my sleeping time is from 11 pm to 6 am while my parteners wake whole night till 4 am then they go for sleep my problem is that i can not sleep if persons are talking or if there is any noise i requested them to not to talk while i am sleeping but they are not cooperating I can not change the room I need pin drop silence to sleep so few days ago I tried to put COTTON in my years while I am sleeping but it is not effective so please let me know any device or anything so that i can pit it in my ears while I am sleeping so that no noise come to my ears and I get sound sleep I am not getting sound sleep as a result I am not able to concentrate my studies please help me I live in India and a student so please suggest the things so that I can afford what should I put in my ears so that no noise come to my ears while I sleep PLEASE DO HELP ME

I am dealing with a company in India that does medical transcriptioning and data entry. I want to open a business and outsource all the work to it. I don't have any credentials or experience in medical transcriptioning or data entry. My experience is in the small business department of a large bank. What should I do before opening a business? Here's my question: Does the title of the national anthem change depending on if there is a king or a queen? The national anthem is now "God Save the Queen", but when Prince Charles becomes king, will it change to "God Save the King"?

Also, the song sounds like "Let Freedom Ring", which (I think) is an American song. When and how did that change?
