Okay, here's the situation. Tell me what the character should do and WHY he should do it.
A man is driving down his street when he sees three people standing on a corner. The first one he notices is the love of his life. The second is the man who saved his life one year ago today. The third is an elderly women that is near death and needs the hospital. He can only pick up one person. Who does he choose? Why?

He gives the car to the man who saved his life (repays his debt) so that he can take the old women to the hospital (does the right thing).

Then he stays and walks with the love of his life (romantic moment)

If its the love of his life, he knows her phone number and can see her any time he wants. So that rules her/him out.

If they are all standing on the corner, theres an easy way to do this.

Pick up the eldery women. Save her from death because shes the only one he cant see at a later date. On the way to the hospital, call the love of his life. Tell her to keep the guy next to her waiting for a bit so he can be treated to dinner (lunch?) by them. That way, once the old lady is safe and in the hospital, he can come back to the corner, drop off his car in some parking lot, and walk to a place to eat with the love of his life and the guy who saved his life.

the man should pick up the third woman the one near death. If it truly is his love of his life shell wait for him and hell wait for her. The other guy may have saved him but if he's okay then i think he'll understand the elderly woman has a owsrty situation.

the elderly woman is elderly. She has led a good life. But y does he need to pick up someone? But he should talk to them, explain the situation, take the elderly woman to th hospital. Then take the man who saved his life wherever he needs to go. That leaves the love of his life. He should take her, and go off and marry her and spend time together.

Give the keys to the man who saved his life (because he trusts him), have him take the elderly woman to the hospital (because she needs to go) and he stays back with the love of his life (so she won't get away!).

The old lady because she needs medical attention and could die. The man who saved his life is ok. The love of his life can be found again. He would have a death on his consionce if he doesn't do it

The elderly woman - she's near life and death so it is most critical to send her to the hospital so she can be saved. What can be more important than that.

The other two, though important, can wait.
