Slim, trim and curvy, the meat being all in the right places --is the most attractive. FAT is not attractive at all. SLOPPY is not attractive at all.
The term FAT and SLOPPY does not apply to women that are genetically big-boned, tall, or amazonian in stature, however, BIG women that are FAT and sloppy and out of shape are not attractive either.

If you really want to know...take a look at yourself. Only you should know what YOU want...don't listen to any guy out there. If you're unhealthy thin or unhealthy overweight...then it is something you need to change. You don't need anyone else telling you on how you should look.
When you feel comfortable in your own body, then you feel beautiful...you don't need guys' answers or opinions to tell you what you should be. You also have a choice in how to live your lifestyle. Guys will go with anything from skin and bones to obese. So, if a guy likes you for who you are and is supportive...that's what should matter. If he wants you to be healthy and not critical, be grateful then.

that generally depends on the guy. Some guys prefer thin girls/women and some guys prefer big sized women.

Well, going by the guys at my school, they like some curves and lil meat...they dont like pin thin girls or even plain skinny girls, I mean no one wants to date a board.

Slim and fit guys prefer slim and big sized guys prefer big sized. and the woman doesn't has to be fairly too thin. Your hands etc, should be fairly soft not just bones.

Curves for sure. The days of the skinny chics from those 70's T.V. shows being top of the pile are over.

well, i guess it depends on the guy. in my case, i'm not stick thin. i'm skinny in some places and in other places(boobs, butt, e.t.c) i have something and i've had a fair amount of guys that are attracted to me. but i think most guys want girls with curves not stick figure girls that are on the covers of magazines.

with some meat, but not fat. if you arent sure whether or not you should wear that shirt with your stomach showing or those low rise pants with your *** crack hanging out...you probably shouldnt
