Take care of her. Show her that you love her. Dote on her. Rub her back and feet. Make breakfast, lunch and dinner for her. Tell her you love her. Hold he hand and sit with her on the couch and watch a chick flix with her. Do the laundry and clean the bathroom. Please her, not yourself.

Mood swings are a bummer for any reason, and remember shes not enjoying those mood swings either. Maybe you can both feel better. When she is in a good mood talk about her bad moods and what she thinks might distract her so she can feel good too, I would suggest a show or renting a really hilarious comedy. Weather permitting take a ride to mountains or the ocean or just someplace special for you. There are lots things to do to get someone out of a mood. If shes out of that bad place your both going to be happier including your new little baby on the way.. You know what they say when mama's happy everyone is happy. :)

Just remember two things:
1. She's pregnant, but not forever. This is only temporary. You don't know what it's like to be pregnant, and neither does she, so you both are figuring out what it's like together. It's going to be hard!
2. You love her, and you're going to love the baby you two are about to bring into the world.
She's about to have your child, dude. Is that not amazing? Just remember that what seems like a huge disturbance in your life now will be the greatest gift you could ever get later.

My husband says:
Think about 'good times'. If you are doing everything you can, and she is still not happy, go for a drive or a walk. Tell her you need to go out and get some ice cream, any particular flavor she would like? You'll be back in 30 min. (call if longer) This way you don't scare her into thinking you'll leave her, and you'll send a clear message that you aren't going to stand for being abused.

Give her a break and lighten up. Pregnancy causes all kinds of changes in a woman's body, physically and mentally. As the pregnancy progresses, she'll feel better and not subject to the swings. Be supportive and loving....

Is this your kid or did you just go out and get a pregnant girlfriend? Learning responsibility is a process of suffering good and bad consequences of your actions. If it's your kid, you can be responsible and help her through this. If it's not your kid and you love her, you can help her through this anyway. Or you can run off and hopefully suffer the consequences of her hunting you down and dragging you into court for child support. You knew about condoms, she knew about birth control pills, so, stop your whining.
