They grow out in the middle of the grass, and I don't believe I am overwatering. My grass isn't that old -- it was put in a few years ago. Any ideas?!

what is the best way to format text which is going to be copied into an program which will convert it to html?

Basically I'm creating a text and table document in word and then copying & pasting it into another program creating a knowledge base. This program is a web based program and converts the word document into html formatting which the coding looks horrible when you look at it. I need an easier way to do this as I'm spending way too much time creating the document in word (and has to be created in word b/c it's saved in our document management program) and then I'm spending way too much time having to clean up the formatting of the document when I copy and paste it over to the web base program. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

How do I ask a girl out without loosing my job?

I work at a big university, and I would like to ask a student out, how do I approach her and ask her out without loosing my job, or getting rejected, or getting embarresed, or anything else. My university doesn't prohibit employees dating students, but it dosent exactly encourage it either.

If you were diabetic and looking for a job, should you tell the prospective employer of your condition?

I have lost 2 jobs b/c of being diabetic, and now since working thru a temp agency, I was offered a permanent posistion. After telling personel that I was a diabetic they decided to hold off on hiring me b/c of attendance (all dr excused). But I was offered the job, and the attendance thing was never brought up.

Claiming exemptions on my W-4 if I'm single; should I choose 0 or 1?

I've always marked 0 exemptions and get about $1000 back from federal at tax time. If I mark 1 how much more will I retain per check(I gross about $2700 a month and pay $375 in federal taxes a month). Will I have to pay come tax time? Which is better in the long run? What other factors are involved?

Any useful info relevant to my question is appreciated.
