What would you do if you had joint custody of your 15 year old daughter and you were the primary custodian, but she decided she wanted to try to live with her father after 12 years and now she has failed a grade after being an A,B student, now is in a homosexual relationship, dropped completely out of church, cut all of her friendships with her friends from church and you also suspect she has gotten into drugs and your ex was doing nothing about it and she doesn't want to move home.

My husband cheated on me while he was away from home last spring, I found the pictures, and got him to confess everything. He is sincerely sorry he did it, he knew it was wrong. I have been a Christian for a long time, yet very complacent. We'd been going to church for the last 6 months and my husband felt a lot of secret guilt over what he had done. Yet he continued to keep her number in his cell phone and even talked with her a few times, as well as keeping the pictures hidden in his truck. I told him that God can help us through this situation, and only if he changed would I be able to stay with him. The next day he was listening to Christian talk radio all day and that afternoon comes to me crying and says he asked God into his heart and he will change, be a good husband, father, etc. This was 3 weeks ago. I see him making an effort, and we are both praying and reading the Bible daily. Is there any possible way he's just pulling my chain? Or is there hope for him and us?

Arrested for fleeing and eluding police. When handcuff the cuffs cut off circulation to my hands. I complained and the other officer said they could not go any loser. I was put in back of a car for 45 min with no cracked windows during the hot afternoon. While in transport to county jail the officer was doing 80-85 in a 45 were people had been killed at this intersection. Was harrased at the police station by other officers as in "That will teach you not to run from the police" when in fact was only 1/10 of a mile. Not running just went around the curve to a safe spot to pull over. What is the law on fleeing anyway, how far is it?

i've recently seen my dad for the first time (tho i haven't spoken to him, and don't know if he even knew who i was). I have been trying to avoid him, as if he had any interest in me he would have shown it by now, but should i continue to avoid him, till he leaves the area again, or face my biggest fear?
