Well I've been pessimist all my life and I was fine with that. 5 years ago I've met a girl and we lived together until she left 2 years ago. Since then my life went down the drain. I think I am obsessed with her and keep on trying to win her back when even I know that's impossible. I tried anti-depressants, another girls, church going, new friends etc. Few weeks ago my dad passed away and instead of thinking about him I keep thinking about her all the time. My life looks so dark that I just listen to sad songs and think about suicide. Is there any other way? Or my life is already gone?

The father of my girls is a recovering alcoholic who is really a sweet man but sometimes irresponsible ( ex:: he got upset because some body broke into his truck and he went on a 4 day binge-didn't know if he was dead -not the 1 time!) but he is a great dad and he is trying to do all he can not to lose me and to change. ( help around the house, make me coffee in the morning and give me his paycheck.). The other guy is someone I think about every day and love very much but I think I love him more than he loves me. He has money ( owns 2 properties and has a great job) and he wants to pay for a tummy tuck and breast implants but I am not sure of his motives. I feel that he thinks I would look "good on his arm" - I am pretty I've been told-Im 42, I have had 6 children (22 , 18, 14,9,3,18 mos.old) + I have the face and body of a 30 year old. The man I am with is faithful, handsome , a hard worker and affectionate but the other guy would be better from a financial viewpoint. Suggestions ??

I work at the court. In order to ask my question, I need to give an example:
In order to come to court, they either have to be admitting with an explanation or denying responsibility. The ones who are admitting are usually just people who know they committed the violation, but have a clean record thus far and are worried about the points on their record. If they do, in fact, have a good driving record, our magistrate will get rid of the points. But here's the thing....Say the person in the question has a speeding ticket. That's a $90 fine and 2 points on their driving record. The magistrate can't just "wipe off" the points, but has to change the violation to one that doesn't carry points. So, he'll usually change it to impeding traffic, which is a no point violation and a $130 fine. This is where people get pissed. They start saying how we're just fishing for money. What I really want to say is "He took away the points, what do you expect?", but I can't say that. What do I say?

Once he gets going, he won't shut up. I used to love my job but this new guy got hired and he drives me crazy with all his talking. There's only 5 people who work here, and if I tell my boss that it's becoming a problem, I know the guy will know it's me who said something and I don't want to create tension. I hate this! I am a high school student with 10 years of playing piano under my belt. Although I don't really have any previous experience teaching a child how to play, I'd like to get some advice on how much I should charge. The child is 7 years old, and the lessons will probably be around 45 min. to an hour, something around that timeframe. Anyway, any advice is appreciated!
