What is the best way to keep up motivation in an attempt to lose weight?

I need to lose 25 pounds by December. (And I'd really like to lose 10 by the time I go back to college...in August!)
Thing is, I have willpower, but only in spurts. What is the best way to stay motivated to do all the things to lose weight (like, limiting calories and going to exercise and all that jazz)?

Can i legally take a private car seller to court?

We bought a 1997 Camaro z28 for 7,000 she said there were no problems what so ever with the car, now that we've had it i needed to replace the the wiring for the taillights the u-joints a new radiator and now i need head gaskets. all in the matter of two months!!!

My husband trying to become Marine Pilot, any advise?

My husband is an active Marine 6 yrs. his cotract is up in 2008, he currently has 80 hrs. flight time private flying, and is working on his BA degree in avaition. He will be putting up his package MCP(?)soon, hoping to be choosen for OCS school in Virgina, then adventaully to Florida for flight training. My quesiton, what can we do for him to make sure he gets selected? Will more flight time help him, better PT score? What will help him get selected?

In the new Snap your Fingers video by Li' Wayne. (lol is that he's name). Did Sean Paul changed his style, cause every time I see that video I can't find him and supposedly he is there? Even he sounds different. I prefer the old dance hall Sean with no grills.

reinstalled xp pro and put in updates and now it won't boot up?

What do i do now? did a reformat and reinstalled xp pro when i closed it down to reboot after downloading updates from the windows site it wont boot up now,, just goes to a black screen, not blue. what have i done wrong?

Should I marry him?

My guy of eight years just asked me to marry him. I always thought I'd marry him. I had a little girl who was 14 mos old when we met and started dating. They get along pretty good. She started calling him dad the day we got engaged. I was giddy for the first few days. I could'nt wait to tell everyone, now I am not so sure. My dad said we don't have his blessing to be married and my dad is my absolute best friend. He refuses to give us his blessing due to the fact that my beau hasn't really settled down quite yet. He likes to party with friends and sometimes he is my knight in shining armour. I have only been engaged for two weeks and I have already lost my spark. Is it right to feel this way. I let my fiance know how my dad felt and for the past week he's been awesome. Should I give him a timeline to change or just end it now. Serious answers only.

Theo Bell's funeral is today. Does anyone remember his football career?

We worked together 85-90. He worked with youth all the rest of his life. He and I used to argue about all kinds of subjects, a lot of which were racial. He used to call me a European American and it pissed me off. He did it on purpose.

He was from my home town of Bakersfield, CA.

Why do we have that 9/10ths of a penny on the price of gas?

At today's prices for gasoline, why do we continue to have that 9/10ths of a cent included in the price of every gallon of gasoline and/or diesel fuel. Isn't it time for this relic of the 50's and 60's to go away? Is this a marketing gimick to show the major price of fuel to be relatively lower by 1/10 of one cent?
