he turned a surplus into a deficit, got us into a mess in iraq, turned a good economy into a below average economy, continues to divide the country with his stubborness and failure to work with both party's, higher gas prices even after his invasion of iraq, and much more to list but it would take hours.

all three debates when bush and kerry were face-to-face, kerry was clearly the more intellectual of the two and knew more about foreign and domestic policies.

Although I am not a fan of Bush, the alternative was much worse in my opinion. Some of the social programs John Kerry proposed were too far fetched for my comfort level. I understand the system isn't perfect and Bush is by far what I would call a great choice, but then I made the choice that I felt was best for me and my family.

MOVE ON. Time has passed since the election but liberals haven't caught on to the basic principle that you cannot change the past. Focus on the future might produce a viable candidate the next time around. They should have learned that lesson the last time and focused on issues of the future, not trying to harp on the "injustices" of the 2000 election or the developments that lead up to a war that was already in progress at the time of the election. A leader cannot be a "Monday morning quarterback", he must show decisiveness even if he may not be flawless in his reasoning. I hope they present a viable candidate next election so independent voters can have more than one choice.

While Bush is will not get my vote for the best president ever I could not in good conscious vote for Kerry. I felt that he showed a serious lack of back bone and a very serious act of patriotism.

Because they didnt like Kerry and thought he was the lesser of two evils, the same reason some people voted for Kerry.

You really need to get out of your cave and see what is really happening in this world. Did nothing? He has kept this country free from any further attacks by terriorists - but Canada, Spain, Egypt, England etc. have not been as fortunate. The economy is booming - there is growth everywhere. You really need to get your news from someboday other than Jon Stewart.

Because people are idiots. Especially in America. Now, not all of them are as such, but apparently the majority when it comes to who won our presidential elections twice in a row. Bush claims he is the devout Christian leader we need. How many REAL Christians would kill so many innocent civilians, let alone his own soldiers?

Oh well, I'm only 14 and I see it. To answer your question: People are just stupid.

Did Nothing? Don't think so...

Name the man who:

Took out Saddam

No terrorist attacks on U.S. soil since 9-11

Signed two income tax cuts, one of which was the largest dollar-value tax cut in world history

Record low unemployment

Low stable interest rates for his first 5 years

No child left behind

Signed the Teacher Protection Act, which protects teachers from lawsuits related to student discipline

Banned partial birth abortion

Someone -- please add to the list because there is more, more, more.

Bush did a hell of a lot than you give him credit for, anyhow HanoiJohn Kerry, Frenchie, is a traitor and should be in prison.

Ummm is that a rhetorical question? I don't know why Bush voters voted him in again. He did do something during his first term: started a war that seems to have no end in sight

You are mistaken is you think Bush did nothing in his first term. He was extremely busy cleaning up the mess left from eight years of Clinton.
