Anything in the fruit and vegetable category. Won't weigh you down in this heat. Have a grilled chicken breast over salad or with fresh veggies. Try Boston Market; they have really fresh food that won't make you feel weighed down afterwards.

I can`t decide what to have either. I understand how you feel. kinda makes you wish some one would come out with a new food.
(chicken, fish, beef,) are the cornerstones.
Then there is lamb and wild game.
