a "bushing" is nothing more (or less) than a rubber donut that keeps metal parts from clankin together, and provides flexible support to your vehicle's suspension system.

An LCAB (Lower Control Arm Bushing) is just a donut, made of rubber, that protects, bounces back, and keps the more aggressive parts (i.e. steel), from clashing.

If you have been told that you need an LCAB, have your vehicle inspected by a qualified professional, and get a written estimate before you agree to the repair.

P.S. LCAB is not that expensive
