I'm in my mid 30's and would like to have 1 or 2 tenants. I'm not looking for immediate profit but want the rent to cover the monthly costs for this investment. Is that possible?

I have never been to a gay sauna before. The reason why I want to go there is simple; I just want to enjoy the spa! I do not have any other intention (well, of course, eye-shopping on guys, but that's about it!). I don't go there for sex whatsoever. Is it going to be safe? I mean, what if somebody hit on you while you are not interested? What should I expect in terms of people interaction, if I go there by myself. I'm single all the way that's why I don't have anybody to go with.

I want to send a letter I wrote to my 90 year old great aunt in Germany. I had a friend that used to translate them for me, but unfortunately she is out of the country, and will be for awhile. She's a very meticulous woman, so I'll definately hear about it if the grammer is improper. It would be amazing if someone could direct me in the right spot. She lives alone, and I know most of my family doesn't write to her, so I thought it would be nice to brighten up her day. So basically, any sites out there that provide GOOD, FREE translations?

i got a few pages of shaq cards and about 100 or so mj's (there all older cards from the lat 80's early 90's and if somebody could make an estimate on how much maybe all of those would be worth that would be great!!!)

Here's my dilemna...I currently play on a bach 1c for concert band purposes. It's a pretty big mouthpiece and sounds really nice, but when I need to play high I get tired on it after about an hour and start overblowing really bad. I practice about an hour a day which I figure is pretty good for a High Schooler. I'd really like a more comfortable mouthpiece for jazz work. I intend to go shopping sometime soon. If anyone has any suggested mouthpieces for me to try or just suggestions in general, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
